FF Process Series

ZIPSET FF Process Series is ZIPSET’s classic vegetable oil based process series. ZIPSET Non Skin GP-1 Process Series is ZIPSET’s most popular four color process series due to its strength, stability and superior dry times. It is a non skinning vegetable oil based ink that stays open on the press and in the can for up to 3-5 days. Only the highest quality pigments are used in manufacturing to provide transparent colors which inevitably create the finest trap results. Coupled with a heavy pigment load & innovative additives this series generates the sharpest dot reproduction while maintaining excellent mileage not seen with other brands.
Using the GP-1 Process Series saves much needed time, reduces waste and drastically cuts costs. Its quick setting and extremely fast dry times make for fast make ready and turn around times and allows the operator the ability to stop the press and start up again without drying up, cleaning the press, or losing color control. It reduces the amount of ink inventories a printer needs to maintain due to its capability of performing on an extensive range of applications, on any size press and with a broad variety of substrates.
