Rogersol's Digger
#1 and Dugout #2 is a premium two step wash. The first step being
the dual cleaning and the 2nd step being the solvent flush. The
through clean-up removes solvent and water solubles. The
preventive maintenance of this chemistry eliminates glaze and
stripping, conditions rollers and prolongs roller life. The
economical side of this two step wash is that is has less press
downtime, less cost for rejuvenators and deglazers and does not separate. |

Rogersol's Prime
Sheetfed Fountain Solution, a revolutionary acid/gum based
concentrate specially formulated for use on a wide variety of
sheetfed presses ad dampening systems (continuous/conventional
type with or without alcohol or replacements). It is a
superior performer reducing or eliminating the use of
alcohol on sheetfed presses. An excellent two-step system when
used in combination with Redux-6000 alcohol replacement. It
provides a wide operating window. It's unique buffering system is
designed to combat pH drift associated with today's alkaline
stocks. It contains the highest quality components - pure Sudanese
gum Arabic, plate lubricants, anti-piling agents, biocides, ink
drying stimulators, and wetting agents. It produces excellent
crisp/clean halftones, sharp dot structure, and dense solid
reproduction, offering the most discriminating lithographer the
quality that today's customer demands. Its versatile composition
runs on a variety of metal plates, various water conditions and
ink formulations - eliminates the need for several solutions,
meets and replaces all fountain solution needs. |

Rogersol's
Prime Duplicator Universal Fountain Solution is the latest
technology developed for small offset duplicator presses. It has
proven performance with polyester/paper photo-direct plates and
metal plates, a wide variety of dampening systems (conventional,
integrated, Kompac and Crestline), utilizing various inks (rubber,
oil, soy-based). Its one-step formulation eliminates the need for isopropyl
alcohol and other additional costly additives. Its superior ink
and water balance control assures sharp/clean print quality. |

Rubber Rejuvenator |

Rogersol's 184
Rubber Rejuvenator, the "Original", is a special
formulation which contains plasticizers, antioxidants and
rejuvenators that revives blankets and rollers to a like-new
velvety condition. It restores the ink receptivity characteristics
to ink rollers and blankets needed for quality printing. For
rollers, its one-step application performs extra deep cleaning
action, removing surface oxidation and the most imbedded glaze and
residual ink - restoring natural tack and improved receptivity.
For blankets, a one-step application opens glaze-clogged pores,
removes stains, surface oxidation and embossing - returning
blankets to their original color and velvety smooth condition. It
is an excellent addition to a quality blanket and roller
maintenance program. |
