Pierce engineering takes the
industry to a higher level of technology with the model PS•10.
The PS•10 is the ultimate high production, quality rotary
numbering system, loaded with features found in no other
competitive machine. This dramatically increases your numbering
production capability with greater versatility. The PS•10
features a continuous running main shaft that permits a numbering
speed up to 10,000 sheets per hour, regardless of the number of
printheads. With a twenty-four head set-up you can product up to
240,000 quality numbers per hour! This means greater productivity
and higher profits.

The 8 head setup is perfect
for a 4-up ticket job - two numbers per ticket at a production
rate of 40,000 tickets per hour. (80,000 impressions)

Optional micro perforating
with 72 T.P.I. Assembly is easily mounted on our lift out
delivery unit.

Oscillating Roller System
provided full machine width and coverage. Ability to match any
PMS color. Provides crisp, clean images that meet or exceed
letterpress quality.

Lift out air suction feeder
with adjustable paper alignment for quick registration.

Strike block available in
various sized for marginal crash imprinting. Plates may be
sourced in magnesium, plastic photopolymer or rubber.

Lift out deliver system
allows easy set-up change with adjustable depth control for
perforating, scoring and slitting. Large 1-1/16"
diameter hard chromium plated steel shafts and 2-1/2"
diameter solid blades.

ECONO-SLIT
This
hand-fed semi-slitter combines the precision hardened
lower roller and micrometer control of Pierce's Slit-O-Matics
into an economical package. A constant speed machine, it
can slit up to 18,000 feet per hour. Standard features
include adjustable dual feed guides, two cutting heads and
three drive roll assemblies. In use by manufacturers of
pressure sensitive materials, labels, decals and silk
screeners, the Econo-Slit is a proven performer.

This table top
version of the Pierce Slit-O-Matic requires an area of only
25" x 44" and is the perfect answer to semi-slitting
problems when space is at a premium. Standard equipment includes
two cutting heads, three drive roll assemblies and a micrometer
control blade depth adjustment.

Tail end adjustment allows re-adjustment of side guide to
compensate for irregular stocks and off register print

Assembly:
Precise face or back slitting is accomplished by either an
injector blade or tungsten carbide blade as shown. Depth of
cut is controlled by a micrometer adjustment.

Semi-slit all major pressure sensitive materials without large
inventories of slit patterns or waiting for suppliers! With the
Slit-O-Matic you can supply your customers with face or back
slits...when and where they want them. No delays - you can
semi-slit accurately and rapidly either before or after printing.
An automatic, bottom of pile feeder and feed table tilt adjustment
provide continuous loading and production with speeds up to 20,000
linear feet per hour. The Slit-O-Matic maintains positive sheet
control through delivery and can be set up in minutes.

increments of .0001 of an inch.

is more than a perforator. This versatile machine also scores and slits.
Pierce Equipment's scissor cut blade design provides high quality
perforations, scores, and slits on stocks from onionskin through tagboard.
