Freejet 320 plus Solvent
3rd generation digital flatbed printer for a wide range of rigid materials
Create new business opportunities
This versatile and easy to use printer allows you to produce printed goods that were not possible before. It is not only able to print on a wide variety of materials, it also offers the possibility to print on rigid substrates up to110mm thickness, with a maximum print size of A3+. Unlike processes such as screen or tampon printing, the FJ320plus uses an extended color space with a resolution of up to 5760dpi. The eight channel printhead allows fast and reliable production, for small and medium jobs.
Wide range of printable materials
To allow production on a big variety ofmaterials, the system utilizes a newly formulated direct solvent ink. This ink allows printing on many plastic substrates without pre coating, eliminating an additional step in production. For metals and other materials we still offer pre coating sprays to maximize material compatibility. The combination of the pre coating layer and the ink form a scratch and abrasive resistant layer. Applications can be realized with the following materials: Foam boards, acrylic boards, aluminium, steel, wood, stone, marble and almost any kind of plastic. For industrial applications that require highest scratch and chemical resistance, the Freejet can also print on anodized aluminium.
Rigid materials up to110mm
The built in material table can be adjusted in height and enables the machine to print onto rigid materials with a thickness of up to 110mm. The motorized table detects the thickness of the substrate automatically by using an optical sensor. The table does not move during printing, therefore heavy pieces with a weight of up to 30kg can be placed on the machine.
Simple operation and maintenance
Kimoto's FJ320plus uses an USB printer driver that is available for Windows or Mac. To prepare and print the images, standard software applications such as: Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw can be used. Our customized ICC profiles provide perfect color reproduction. The machine features a built in cleaning system that makes the maintenance simple and save. The operator does not need to get in touch with inks or cleaning fluid.

Anodized Aluminium Printing
Printing on anodized aluminium with Freejet is simple and efficient...
How does it work?
The anodized aluminium has a porous surface that is produced in an electrolitic bath. Photo quality images and graphics can be printed into the unsealed oxide layer using colour dyes via the Freejet printer. After printing, the pores will be closed in a simple fixation process, protecting the dyes from outside influences.
Advantages of printed anodized aluminium
Anodized Aluminium protects the image against the following dangers:
- Mechanical abrasion / Scratches
- Solvent agents such as: Alcohol, Acetone or Thinner
- Agressive aqueous solutions
- High temperatures (up to 650 degrees Celsius)
- Graffiti: Foreign colour can be easily wiped off with paint thinner
Application examples
- Serial number plates on machinery
- High quality product labels with product and company logos
- Panels for museums
- Art reproduction
- Control panels for industrial equipment
- Durable nameplates
- Resistant identification plaques with bar codes
Advantages using Freejet
- No special ink necessary, no ink change
- Full colour designs and photos are possible at no extra cost
- Efficient and economic production even for small batches
- Simple operation with standard software

Freelabel
On demand label printer
Full color labels on demand
The Freelabel is a label production system that utilizes modern ink jet technology to produce full color labels. It is ideal for companies that require on demand design labels that include variable data. It allows the production of approximately 700 labels per hour. (Label size: 160x80mm)
Flexible media handling
The machine prints to roll media with a maximum media width of 320mm. The integrated automatic media unroller holds rolls with an outer diameter of max. 300mm. An optical sensor aligns the label so the image will be correctly placed on each label.
Sophisticated software package
The included Freelabel RIP allows fast and efficient production even when larger volumes are required. With our optional RIP Server several printers can be connected for high volume production with automatic job generation from your ERP system.
