Duplo's DP-63
Series Digital Printing Systems offers high speed, 600
dpi printing in a system exclusively designed to meet long-run
production requirements. Both the DP-63P and DP-63S offer
innovative master and ink systems to create sharp images while
maintaining minimal ink consumption, and an innovative thermal
head and advanced scanning mechanism ensure outstanding printing.
Compatible with either PC or Macintosh computers, the DP-63P
offers a computer interface that requires no additional hardware
(the DP-63S has an optional computer interface). Both models
feature user-friendly operation and require no setup or wash up
after use. A unique, three-roller feeding system and air-assisted
sheet separation ensure dependable paper transport, while the
3,000-sheet capacity feeding/receiving trays on the DP-63P model
provides maximum input and output at speeds of up to 120 copies
per minute. Unsurpassed color availability (15 standard and
unlimited custom colors), 50 to 499 percent zooming and three
print modes (photo, text and duo) round out the series' long list
of flexible features. Both models can accommodate paper weights

The DP-43 Series digital duplicator is
designed for quick-print, in-plant or general business applications in
which low cost per copy, color printing and large image sizes are key.
Comprised of the DP-43E (Editing) and DP-43S (Standard) models, the DP-43
Series produces up to 120 copies per minute and can produce
images as large as 11.4" x 16.4". Both units include a
pre-inking system that inks the cylinder prior to the first print and at
pre-determined intervals when the duplicator is not in use. Other standard
features include eight different print modes, a flat platen for book
copying, enlargements/reductions, and a 50-300 percent zoom function.
Additionally, the DP-43E is equipped with an easy-to use, built-in
touch-screen editing system that allows operators to creatively manipulate
documents through the trimming, masking, reversing and pattering
functions. The DP-43 Series can
accommodate a variety of standard and custom paper stocks, from 13 lb. to

CI-SCSI Computer
Interface
Duplo’s CI-SCSI allows
users to connect any Duplo digital duplicator with an IBM, IBM-compatible
or Apple Macintosh computer to form a complete desktop publishing system.
Fast and reliable information transfer is ensured by an 8-bit transfer
system that allows information to be sent up to 40 mega-bits per second
and alleviates the common difficulties in the readability of various fonts
from computer to duplicator.
Automatic Document Feeder
The ideal accessory to
increase efficiency and productivity, Duplo’s automatic document feeder
can be installed on both the DP-43 and DP-31 Series digital duplicators.
It accommodates up to 70 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper.
Job Separator Kit
Attached to the receiving
end of the duplicator, the separator kit automatically separates jobs
according to information programmed into the control panel, allowing the
operator to print and separate copies into numbered sets.
Controller
A controller can be added
to any digital duplicator to track the number of users and to monitor the
machine usage by individuals.
Color Cylinder
