Introducing the ultimate document sheet feeder like no other, the DSF-2000 System combines the advantage of both in-line and off-line finishing solutions by transforming pre-collated sheets (taken directly from digital copiers or printers) into professional booklets while maintaining set integrity.

The DSF-2000 feeds up to 200 sheets per minute directly into the DBM-500, DBM-350, or DBM-120SxS bookletmakers. Demonstrating its superb versatility to handle a wide variety of paper sizes and weights, the DSF-2000 primary feed tray features a 7.78" loading capacity (2,000 sheets of 20 lb. bond), while the cover feed tray holds a 2.36" (600 sheets of 20 lb. bond) capacity.

Connected to the DBM-500, the DSF-2000 becomes one powerful digital print finishing system, offering complete flexibility by accepting both set-by-set of the traditional offset market and sheet-by-sheet pre-collated output from digital printers. The setup and changeover of the DBM-350 are accomplished automatically, with no manual adjustments required. The full intergration between the DSF-2000 and DBM-120SxS allows for full control of the entire system through the sheet feeder's control panel. The DBM-120SxS is the ideal finishing solution for short and medium runs, as the DBM-500 and DBM-350 deliver a win-win situation for high volume runs.

DSF-5000 Document Sheet Feeder introduces a new level of technology to the Duplo line of feeders. The new flagship DSF-5000 will complement Duplofs existing DSF-2000 Feeder. Designed for customers with higher production volume demands, it can process pre-collated digital or offset printed documents at a maximum production rate of 400 sheets per minute. It is ideal for customers with medium to high print volumes, those looking for faster turnaround times and more flexibility with paper sizes.

The DSF-5000's feed reliability and dual Double Feed Detection system is unmatched in the industry. Utilizing both optical and ultrasonic sensors for unsurpassed double feed detection reliability gives the DSF-5000 the flexibility to feed a range of papers and applications that would not be possible with other sheet feeders.
