The System 2000 offers small and medium printing operations a complete finishing solution designed to maximize productivity throughout the finishing process. The easy set-up and simple operation make this machine accessible to operators with minimal training. Its modular design can incorporate up to six towers and is easily upgradeable when volume increases.

The unique vacuum system is designed to handle a variety of paper stock with complete accuracy at high speed. This superior feeding system allows air and vacuum to be delivered independently to each bin by individual systems located at the bins. Operating speeds run up to a maximum of 2,400 booklets per hour, and size changeover is accomplished automatically. The optional DBM-120T Trimmer is designed to be used in-line with the DBM-120.

With the most common applications pre-programmed, bookletmaking is accessed at the touch of a button. There are no manual adjustments necessary. Since the side guides, head stops, staple/fold position stoppers, and machine automatically move to the correct position, the operator can change from one job to the next in just seconds.

System 3500 Collating & Bookletmaking System

The mid-range, fully-automatic System 3500 incorporates up to two DC-10/60 Pro collators with the new DBM-350/T Bookletmaker and Trimmer.

The mid-range System 3500 fits between Duplo's established System 2000 and its high-end counterpart, the System 5000 and provides an alternative according to production requirements and budgetary needs.  The System 3500 incorporates up to two DC-10/60 Pro collators with the DBM-350/T bookletmaker and trimmer.  Offering stitching heads, speeds of up to 3,000 books an hour, and fully automated set-up, the DBM-350/T is an extremely productive and professional solution.  The flexible bookletmaker easily accommodates a range from on-demand applications such as CD and DVD covers through to 5.5" x 8.5" to 8.5" x 11" finished booklets of up to 80 pages.

The ability of the DBM-350/T to handle set-by-set and sheet-by-sheet output with equal ease means it can be connected not only to Duplo's DC-10/60 Pro collator towers but to its dynamic sheet feeders as well, making it ideal for printers making the transition from offset to digital, allowing you to incorporate color content and variable data into your finishing needs.
