DF-1000 Fully Automatic Air-suction Folder

Duplo's state-of-the-art fully automatic DF-1000 air-suction folder is all you need for fast and easy folding of digitally printed and offset documents. Designed to be the ideal folding solution for the color digital printer, this high performance folder incorporates Duplo's renowned suction technology and tackles common problems, such as static build-up, faced by digital printers when finishing color work. Unique in design, the DF-1000 does not require an additional, separate pump making it the quietest machine in its class.

DF-755 Manual Setting Folder

The DF-755 Folder is convenient, easy to use, and designed with the budget conscious in mind. Featuring the same performance and reliability of Duplo’s automatic models, the DF-755 is compact and affordable in price.

User-friendly, the DF-755 quickly folds a variety of paper sizes and types up to 120 sheets per minute. Whether the application is a letter, flyer, brochure, or billing statement, the setup is simple. Two easy-to-follow charts indicate where to position each fold stopper for six popular folds. For non-standard paper lengths and custom folds, fine-tune adjustment knobs enable the user to make minor adjustments to achieve the desired fold. A 4-digit LCD counter and a 500-sheet feed tray capacity ensure nonstop folding. A tray tension control makes feeding a wide range of stocks up to 80 lbs. quick and easy. Additionally, the DF-755 is capable of cross folding with no additional parts or adjustments. This machine is the ideal folding solution for any office environment, school, or church.

DF-920 Fully Automatic Tabletop Folder

Ideal for the office environment, the fully automatic DF-920 tabletop folder performs high-speed folding up to 280 sheets per minute and ensures quieter operation with its unique sound absorbers.

With six popular pre-programmed folds and a multitude of custom folds, crisp and accurate folding for a variety of applications is accessed at the touch of a button. Unique sound absorbers inside the machine dramatically reduce the amount of sound not only when folding, but also when fold stoppers are moving.

The patented feed system ensures reliable feeding and accurate folds for a wide range of paper sizes, weights, and stocks. No manual adjustments are needed, as the DF-920 automatically recognizes five popular paper sizes - letter, legal, ledger, $B%9(B-letter, and $B%9(B-legal. When powering back on, the fast set-up mode allows the DF-920 to automatically recall the last job, which is ideal for maintaining job accuracy.

Simply load the automatic elevating feed tray with up to 500 sheets, select the fold type, and hit start. A four-digit counter may be set to ascend or descend. Additionally, the batch mode allows the operator to input the exact number of sheets to be folded in each batch. The operator is able to select between a 3, 5, or 10-second delay in between each batch.

With the DT-900 Tabber, direct mail pieces, newsletters, double postcards, and many other self-mailers are processed at a touch of a button. With a two-tab capability, mail pieces are securely fastened. Ideal for the digital print environment, this unit is perfect for on demand applications of customers who print variable data or direct mail pieces in-house. For quick turnaround and time-saving rewards, Duplo’s folder/tabber solution is the best investment for your one-to-one direct marketing needs.

Integrated Folding System

The Integrated Folding System incorporates an in-line knife folder with a DC series finishing device (DC-445 Creaser, DC-645 and DC-615 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser) enabling its users to fully finish applications in one pass using a single system operation.

The Integrated Folding System can fully match the capabilities of the DC series finishing device and can fold five of the most common fold types (single, letter, Z, gate, and double parallel) along with an infinite number of custom folds. It can also be bypassed for no fold applications. The finished documents are then collected in a 400 mm capacity stacker specifically designed to neatly stack and retain even heavier jobs such as folded card stocks. By incorporating folding into a single system operation, printers can now fully finish different applications such as greeting cards, direct mail pieces, newsletters, and many more.
