Since the introduction of the Duplo DC-10/60 in 2000, the air suction collator has become a standard in the collating market.
Utilizing the experience accumulated with the DC-10/60, Duplo has designed the next generation of suction collators. Duplo is pleased to offer the new flagship DC-10/60 Pro Collator. Configured with Duplo's DBM-120/T, DBM-350/T, or DBM-500/T automatic bookletmaking systems, the DC-10/60 Pro can be set up to produce quality books in just a few short minutes. The DC-10/60 Pro can collate at up to 9,800 sets per hour.

DC-8/32 Collator |

The suction-feed DC-8/32 Collator is expandable up to 32 bins with collating speeds up to 10,000 sets per hour.
Independently delivering air and vacuum to each bin by individual systems located at the bins, this superior feeding system can handle a wide array of paper stock with complete accuracy. The right amount of air and vacuum are applied no matter how many bins are used. This ensures accuracy, efficient operation, and optimum productivity at all times.

IMBF Intelligent Multi-bin Feeder
|

The custom designed Duplo software of the IMBF allows for easy user interface via the touch-screen control panel, conveniently allowing the operator select feeding options.
With an optional touch-screen PC controller and custom designed Duplo software, the collating towers transform into the IMBF Intelligent Multi-bin Feeder, enabling the operator to select the bin from which to feed from and the feeding sequence. Expandable up to 40 bins, the IMBF fulfills a varity of applications in the digital print environment such as: one-to-one marketing material based on a pre-determined database, mailing applications with optional folder/inserter unit, and inserting selected pre-printed material into black and white and color merging jobs.
