Semi & Fully Automatic
Shrink Wrap Systems

UNIPACK 5035

The UNIPACK 5035 is a manual "L" Sealer system consisting of an electrical impulse sealing wire and adjustable height product table. Centerfold film simply sits on top of film rollers. "L" sealer and tunnel may be used in conjunction or separately to achieve either loose bag wrapping or shrink wrapping. The tunnel comes with teflon mash conveyor belt at fixes speed. The temperature inside the tunnel is adjustable. Fill sized, simple "two step" system which may be set up in a "stacked" configuration or in a traditional "table top" or stand arrangement. Optional stand with wheels is available.

UNIPACK 4050 MAG

Solid and modern structure. Wide loading plate and roll holder unit allowing the greatest saving of space. Electronically controlled impulse sealing blade. Product automatically carried from the sealing area towards the shrink tunnel, through the teflon mash conveyor belt (with adjustable height). Shrink tunnel designed and manufactured to have the highest output with low power consumption. Electronically controlled temperature. Suitable for use single products or collation of several products in one package: it ca be used to wrap products of different sizes and shapes.

EXPERT 5040 PN

Our newest system on the market. We added to the regular two-step systems a pneumatic feature to simplify and speed up your packaging process. The EXPERT PN line comes with an easier feature for the height sealing adjustment: in fact when it is necessary to adjust the sealing height the entire sealing frame goes up or down, leaving the two belts (sealer and tunnel) always at the same level. Thanks to this feature the package goes into the tunnel smoothly.
The tunnel conveyor belt is speed adjustable: the temperature is electronically controlled. The heaters are manufactured with a winged shape to be more efficient for the heat exchange. These systems come in a pneumatic version and require air compressors. Thanks to this feature the operator can program the machine to work with an automatic cycle. This will allow the operator to feed the machine while the sealing bar goes up and down as programmed (i.e. every 2 sec, 3 sec, etc). If the operator does not wish to use this feature, they must use the foot pedal to activate the sealing bar. Either way the operator will have his hands free to work easily to feed the machine. 180º conveyor with dead rollers and casters available.

EXPERT 7555 PN

Another amazing system of the EXPERT line to satisfy large package needs. The EXPERT 7555 PN comes with the same features of the EXPERT 5040 PN.
