The M2 stitcher is ideal for print shops and binderies requiring rapid output of booklets, pamphlets, calendars and similar production runs. It is especially suited for flat and saddle work ranging in thickness up to 5/16" with the G8 Head and 1/4" with the 26D Head. The head is easily removed for service and maintenance. Minimal operator training is required.

Redesigned for the 21st century, the M7 Stitcher is the most versatile of all single-head machines. It is world renowned for its ability to reliably stitch any thickness up to 7/8" of stock. The M7 Stitcher can accommodate up to eight different wire sizes including flat or round, requiring only a simple change of Clincher Points, making this stitcher ideal for most any size bindery house.

Small pamphlets, checkbooks, salesbooks, coupon and ticket books are quickly and neatly stitched, using the M-17 Multiple-Head Stitcher. A single adjustment sets the compression and wire draw on all of the heads simultaneously. This machine accommodates ten 26D  Stitcher Heads or eight G8 Heads along its 20" wine Bonnet Rail

The M19 is the perfect stitcher for thick work; including business forms, ticket booklets and special applications. With the G20 Head and proper maintenance, the M19 will provide years of trouble-free service. In addition, 8 different wire sizes can be used without the change of parts. The head is easy to detach for service and maintenance.

The newly designed M27 can accommodate four stitcher heads along a 17" wide Bonnet Rail, with either the conventional 18D Swivel Heads or the new G20 Side-Feed Heads. With G20 Heads, the M27 stitches an impressive 3/4", making it the highest capacity multiple-head stitcher in the industry.

For over fifty years the Model 18AW Multiple-Head Stitcher has been the recognized standard for stitching pads, checkbooks and business forms. A single adjustment sets the compression and wire draw on all of the heads simultaneously. The moveable heads are adjusted sideways to any position along the 33" wide Bonnet Rail. The 18AW is designed for flat stitching only with an unlimited throat depth.

StitchMaster

The StitchMaster is quiet, fast, dependable and inexpensive - ideally suited for small print shops. This sturdy machine has a convenient one-knob adjustment for work thickness and leg adjustment which sets it apart from it competition. The StitchMaster is designed to be clamped to any work table or to a floor stand, available separately. The StitchMaster can be connected from an effective two-headed stitcher machine. Double-headed models come complete with two StitchMasters, stand, table and conversion kit. Up to 1/4" capacity will do flat or saddle stitching and corner stitching.

Ministitcher

This table-top version of our StitchMaster utilizes a smaller work area. With a capacity up to 1/4", the Ministitcher is ideal for many versatile applications, such as carding and closing padded envelopes or blister packs. The Ministitcher is perfect for shipping and receiving departments, offices, churches, schools and many industrial applications.
